25.00G 1-2 color, for 4 color process is $ 60.00 G
For the combo special we charge a $ 4.00 set up per copy change one copy
free. 3 Digit PMS color match free of charge.
For metallic or a 4 Digit PMS color match we charge $ 25.00 G
Ad Copy: Guarantee of +/- 1/64" tolerance in registration of colors for all pads.
Solid colors printed in glue strip area is not recommended.
Shipping: FOB Addison Il.
We will choose the best and least expensive way to ship your order.
Drop Shipments charge: $ 4.00 per Destination.
Production Time is approx. 7 days after approval.
Larger orders check with factory.

Artwork: We accept PDF file, Adobe CS3,Photoshop or Corell.
Convert fonts and logos to outline.
Copyright. When orders are printed to customer's specifications the
purchaser agrees to assume any liability resulting from actions or demands
brought against supplier for copyright infringement.
Over and Underruns:
There is a possible over or under run. Orders for 1000 + pads and cubes +/- 3%,
and under 1000 units +/-5% .
Terms: Net 30 days from invoice with credit approval.

Claims of defective merchandise have to be made within 10 days.
Returns need authorization from Factory.
